GENERAL INFORMATION

You may submit your instant complaints and suggestions at any time via boranmare.com/survey, and you can participate in the general survey at the end of your stay.

Self-service is provided in all restaurants and bars. There is no room service.

Water slides serve adults and children. Children must be supervised by their parents while using the slides.

Children under 16 may use the Spa and Fitness center only when accompanied by their parents.

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas and rooms in accordance with regulations.

Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18 in accordance with regulations.

Written parental consent is required for guests under 18 to leave the facility.

During daytime hours, please do not enter restaurants, lobby, or other indoor areas with wet clothes or swimwear; for dinner, please prefer smart/casual attire.

There are sufficient sun loungers in our hotel. If you do not use the sun loungers, please remove your towels and belongings. Towels and belongings left on sun loungers are collected. Please do not leave any belongings or towels before 06:00 in the morning.

Doctor and health services are chargeable. The doctor is not resident in the hotel. Assistance can be obtained from reception. The doctor and hospital staff are available at the hotel at certain hours. Outside these hours, please contact reception.

Third-party businesses within the facility (market, photographer, hairdresser, water sports, spa center) do not belong to the hotel.

Service locations and hours, as well as whether areas are open or closed, may vary depending on seasonal conditions and decisions of the hotel management.

This information notice has been prepared by Dinçer Turizm ve İnşaat Anonim Şirketi (Club Boran Mare Beach), acting as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, regarding the processing of personal data during accommodation.

Your identity information shared during accommodation (e.g., name, surname, TR ID number, passport number, date of birth, license plate information, identity details of persons staying with you), your contact information (e.g., phone number, email address), visual and audio records (e.g., photographs and video recordings), and your health information (e.g., allergic reactions) may be processed by the data controller within the accommodation service in order to fulfill legal obligations, ensure customer satisfaction, and create accommodation records.

Your personal data may be processed, if necessary, in accordance with Article 4/1-b of the KVKK, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date, and transferred to relevant persons, institutions, and organizations when required. In case of inconsistencies arising from incomplete or inaccurate personal data, all responsibility lies with you.

Based on your explicit consent, your photographs and video recordings may be used in advertising and promotional activities, on social media accounts, internet websites, and health services. Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of ensuring the suitability of services provided to you, your contact information may be processed for campaign notifications, and your health data may be processed within the scope of services.

Your personal data may also be processed without explicit consent in cases stipulated in Article 5 of the KVKK, where it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, where it is explicitly provided by law, or where it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. In such cases, your personal data may be recorded and processed automatically or non-automatically as part of any data recording system.

Your personal data may also be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of being used as evidence in possible legal disputes.
